Cancellation policies due to the COVID-19 Virus:

We understand that you are concerned about vacationing during this unprecedented time and want to know what your options are. Your safety is our top priority so in a good faith effort to assist you with your vacation planning we have adjusted our cancel polices.

Cozumel:

  • If the borders to the island, resort or diving is closed you will be refunded in full. 

  • If by some unfortunate event you have been infected with the COVID-19 Virus, notify us 72 hours before arrival to cancel and provide a copy of your positive test results within 30 days to receive a full refund.

  • If borders to the island are open, diving is open, the resort is open but, not all amenities are available and you would like to cancel you need to provide us notification 72 hours before arrival so that we will provide you a credit to use with us by December 31st, 2022.

  • If you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 Aggressor Fleet will provide you a voucher that is good for a year to use for the same trip.
