           Halloween in Magical Maui!

        October 26th, 2019 - November 2nd, 2019

Maui is a gorgeous island where postcards will not do it justice. The diving will surprise you of how diverse the marine life is along with beautiful coral reef. The average visibility is 90 feet,  water temperature is in the low 80’s. The Cathedrals at Lanai is a wonderland like no other. It has stunning rock formations with rare coral. The diving at Molokini Crater is pristine that offers a unique experience. One of the best things about Maui, their is plenty of activities after a day of diving. On the last day we will take a tour on the Road to Hana which is an amazing road trip with several waterfalls, black & red sand beaches, lush greenery with beautiful flowers. One night we will take a sunset sail. Halloween in Lahaina is the “Mardi Gras of the Pacific”.  Going to Hawaii you will love experiencing a Luau. Maui is a scuba vacation for singles trip you do not want to miss! I feel it is underrated in the dive world. Please join us!

Itinerary

Saturday: Aloha to Maui! Arrival at the Sheraton Resort & Spa,  I will greet you at the

hotel and provide a short orientation. The rest of your day is at your leisure. You may

wish to stroll on one of the best beaches in Maui, take a swim or relax in a cabana. This

evening you may wish to join the other scuba singles for dinner.

Sunday: Dive Lanai: Home to stunning rock formations and rare corals, divers explore majestic swim-throughs, archways and lava tubes filled with many endemic species found only in Hawaii. Its unique topography makes Lanai a diving experience that is not to be missed. The rest of you day is at your leisure. Maybe, you would like to shop at Whaler Village located 2 blocks away from the hotel or cliff jump off black rock located in front of the hotel.

Monday: Dive Carthaginian: Shipwreck off the coast of Lahaina Harbor. A frequent safe haven for white tip reef sharks, frog fish and passing eagle rays the Carthaginian is an oasis of life in the open blue. The rest of the day is at your leisure.  In the evening you may join the group and experience Hawaii culture with a Luau located within walking distance.

Tuesday: Dive or Snorkel Turtle Reef:  Frog fish, white tip reef sharks, nudibranchs and the majestic Green Sea Turtle are all common occurrences on this dive along with a host of fish and other unique creatures. From sunken piers to coral gardens, this dive is a delight for anyone who loves marine life.  Rest

of the day is at your leisure. Possibly you will be interested in a Night shore dive in south Maui a Makena Landing Park. Dive is known as 5 caves. This is also one of the best places on Maui to dive with green sea turtles, as the turtles frequently use the numerous holes and caves in the reef to rest.

Wednesday: Dive Molokini Backwall: An advanced dive, the Molokini Wall is a World Class Wall and Drift dive. You may see white tip, black tip, and/or gray reef sharks; manta rays, dolphins, and schooling fish. This dive requires each diver to carry a dive computer and a safety marker

sausage. Today you have an option of going on Sunset Sail, you’ll feel the soft trades winds that flow from the mountains to the sea while enjoying a beautiful Hawaiian sunset on the ocean. You board barefoot and from the beach.

Thursday: Dive or Snorkel Molokini: An ideal sight for certified divers and snorkelers to

explore large schools of fish, enjoy unprecedented visibility and discover endemic species

seen nowhere else in the world. This evening we will have a costume contest offering prizes and go to Lahaina where there is a large celebration that you are welcome to participate in.

Friday: Road to Hana tour: Highly recommend to join us for this full day tour,  the drive can take anywhere from two to four hours to complete since it's fraught with narrow one-lane bridges, hairpin turns and incredible island views. The road leads you through flourishing rainforests, flowing waterfalls, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes.

Saturday: Enjoy your day before you depart the hotel. Mahalo!
